American Cockroaches and Palmetto Bugs
The American Cockroach as well as other larger Cockroaches and Palmetto bugs are much larger than German Cockroaches and often originate from outside. They may grow up to 1.5 inches in length.
American Cockroach and Palmetto Bug Treatment
The homeowner should work to identify the harborage points outside of the house. Piles of wood, debris and discarded materials are often prime habitat for these roaches and should be removed from around the structure.
