Subterranean Termites
There are at least six native subterranean termites in the United States. The most common and destructive is the Eastern Subterranean termite. Homeowners should look for mud tunnels along the foundation of the structure. Other signs of these maybe mud on the drywall covering a small pin hole where the termites have eaten through. These termites are often noticed during the Spring when they swarm.
Subterranean Termite Control
Prior to a treatment all wood that is against or underneath the structure should be removed.
